STRESS RESOLUTION

Today we are faced by many situations in which we respond in a stressful manner. In certain circumstances stress may be useful, however, should it persist it can cause much dis-ease in your body.

This is often evident in our lives when we respond out of control to something that may not warrant that kind of reaction – an obvious one that comes to mind is road rage. Many learners today suffer from ‘test anxiety’ where no matter how much or how well they study, they are not able to access the stored memories, since stress blocks the pathway. These can all be very frustrating experiences, which will, very often, make the situation even worse.

There is an effective form of ‘stress medicine’ available – it will not take long to learn and it requires no medication. All it involves is for you to be mindful of the inner peace that you experience without any stress in your body. Once you have accessed this, and you know it, you will then be able to access it again with ease.

You may ask – how do I know when I am experiencing that inner peace? A small biofeedback device is used to show that you have accessed that peaceful physical, mental and emotional state. Once you know how it feels you can call on it at anytime.

This simple stress resolution skill can be learned and used by anyone – golfers, learners, drivers, business owners … in fact, anyone that experiences stress in their lives. No matter where you are, the process can be used – at anytime, should you require and desire some inner calm.
