Shelley has spent 20 years dedicated years in the teaching profession ‘empowering’ kids and adults with knowledge. She has realized that content is only a part of the bigger picture – there is so much more to life – skills, that, if we can understand how to succeed in life, especially at a young age, we can evolve into love and excellence – right now...
She has dedicated her whole life to serving others. As an Evolved coach, Shelley’s key focus in her practice is on empowering the youth-full – no matter what age – to succeed in life! She is passionate about putting the power back into your hands so that you can make knowledgeable decisions on your own by having fun and learning lots about yourself and your life along this journey of self-discovery.
The journey is an experience of going inside and discovering who you truly are, whilst being supported by Shelley, to reach your full potential.

The practice is based on a few simple principles. The first one is excellence – we are all able to excel when we choose to know that we are excellence! I believe that everyone is able to excel and be excellence! The second principle is one of love – everything I do is driven by love for myself and others – there may be times where I push you into a corner and you may not like it – but I do it from love in order for you to love yourself. The third principle is ecology – we are all connected to each other through every thought and behaviour – it is necessary that our thoughts and behaviour serve ourselves and others even more ecologically than they are doing already! The last principle is fun – the journey of life should be fun! I hope to make your journey as much fun as you will allow it to be!
